Given the M-order numerator b and N-order denominator a of a digital filter, compute its frequency response: H(eʲʷ) = B(eʲʷ)/A(eʲʷ) = (b⁰+b¹e⁻ʲʷ+…+bᴹe⁻ʲʷᴹ)/(1+a¹e⁻ʲʷ+…+aᴺe⁻ʲʷᴺ)
